ACTING COACH FOR KIDS

Amber Stefanelli is a professional actor, self-tape and audition coach, and mother of five boys with decades of firsthand experience in television, film, commercials, and the audition process.

Amber began working professionally in entertainment at a young age, including playing **Lauren Swanson on the NBC series **City Guys. She also starred in her own entertainment segment, Facing Fame, where she transformed into celebrities such as Britney Spears for memorable on-camera encounters.

Today, Amber brings that experience behind the camera, helping young actors create strong, authentic, professional self-tapes that stand out in a highly competitive industry.

Amber’s experience is also deeply personal. As a mother of five boys who have worked professionally in entertainment, she has spent years navigating auditions, callbacks, agents, casting directors, commercial campaigns, television shows, and feature films alongside her children. Her family’s credits include projects and campaigns associated with **Disney, Disney Resorts, Foot Locker, Dick’s Sporting Goods, **Chicago Fire and more. One of her young sons has also worked on The Comeback alongside Lisa Kudrow.

Amber knows that sometimes thousands of actors can be considered for a single role. A great audition isn’t simply about memorizing lines—it’s about making strong choices, understanding the character, taking direction, being natural on camera, and creating a performance that casting remembers.

She specializes in coaching young performers ages 5 and up, with a unique ability to communicate with children in a way that keeps auditions fun while bringing out their strongest, most natural performances.

From first auditions to major callbacks, Amber works one-on-one with each actor on script analysis, character development, delivery, pacing, confidence, on-camera technique, and professional self-tape preparation.

Amber has experienced this business as both a working actor and a parent guiding young professional actors, giving her a perspective few coaches can offer.

Her mission is simple: prepare every actor to submit a self-tape they are confident in, proud of, and ready to compete with.

Amber offers personalized self-tape coaching for young actors preparing for auditions. During each Zoom session, she coaches the actor through the material, helps them make strong character and performance choices, and guides them through creating a polished, professional self-tape.

Self-Tape Coaching:

One session: $150

Five sessions booked in advance: $500 total, or $100 per session

Ten sessions booked in advance: $900 total, or $90 per session

Amber also offers regular acting lessons for kids in both group and private settings. Group classes are $50 per hour. Private one-on-one lessons are $100 per hour for once-a-week sessions, $90 per hour for twice-a-week sessions, or $75 per hour for three-times-a-week sessions.
